Enterprise AI &
Technology

The gap is not knowledge.
It is judgement.

For Working Professionals

Domain knowledge for getting the job done

For Enterprise Teams

Platform training teaches the tool, not the judgement

3

1:1

Three capabilities.
One trusted advisor.

🏗️

Your Architectural Thinker

Able to evaluate technology choices against real constraints: integration complexity, governance requirements, cost at scale, and failure modes. Not just what a technology does, but whether it belongs in a given context.

🎯

Credible in Client Rooms

Capable of running discovery, asking the questions that surface the real problem, and presenting recommendations with enough technical specificity to withstand scrutiny from engineering leads and CTOs.

🛡️

Governance-Aware Practitioner

Understands what AI governance actually requires in enterprise environments: data residency, model accountability, audit trail design, human-in-the-loop architecture, and the regulatory exposure that gets ignored until it cannot be.

Two tracks.
One standard.

Choose your starting point.
Progress at your own pace.

Foundation: AI and Automation Readiness

For individuals and teams who need structured depth in AI adoption, automation assessment, and governance before moving into implementation or advisory work.

Advanced: Solution Architecture and AI Implementation

For professionals ready to develop full solution architecture capability: scoping engagements, designing systems, presenting to technical and executive audiences, and managing implementation from assessment through delivery.

Enterprise Team Programme

A tailored cohort engagement for enterprise teams. Combines Tier 1 and Tier 2 content, adapted to the organisation’s specific technology environment, AI deployment context, and internal capability objectives.

What you work through.
Week by week.

WeekTopicWhat You Cover
1AI Readiness AssessmentHow to evaluate an organisation’s readiness for AI adoption across data maturity, process clarity, governance baseline, and integration capability. Structured scoring methodology introduced.
2Automation Opportunity MappingIdentifying which processes to automate, which to ignore, and which are traps. ROI estimation frameworks. Complexity and dependency mapping. Common mistakes in automation scoping.
3AI Governance FundamentalsData residency requirements, model accountability frameworks, audit trail design, and human-in-the-loop architecture. Regulatory context for BFSI and healthcare environments introduced.
4Scenario Assessment 1Logistics sector: scoping an AI chatbot deployment against a legacy TMS. Full written assessment submitted. Practitioner critique returned within five business days.
5AI Agent Architecture BasicsTypes of AI agents: autonomous, supervised, hybrid. Tool surface definition. Failure mode mapping. Escalation logic design. Latency and throughput considerations introduced.
6Integration Architecture for AIHow AI components connect to existing systems. API design considerations, data pipeline dependencies, and the integration failure modes that kill deployments after go-live.
7Scenario Assessment 2NBFC regulatory environment: loan automation within RBI constraints. Governance and compliance considerations tested. Full written assessment with practitioner critique.
8Synthesis and Portfolio PreparationConsolidating the framework. Preparing structured recommendations that hold up under technical and executive scrutiny. Portfolio structure and presentation standards.

Simple. Transparent.
No surprises.

01

You Enquire

Send a brief description of your current role, what you are trying to develop, and which tier you are considering. No formal application. No lengthy form.

02

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call with Shakthi Vadakkepat to confirm the right tier, discuss your context, and answer any questions about programme structure, assessment format, and expected time commitment.

03

Payment and Enrolment

100% upfront payment per tier before commencement. A Statement of Work is issued confirming the tier, timeline, and deliverables. Work begins within five business days of confirmed payment.

04

Structured Learning and Scenario Work

You work through the curriculum at the agreed pace. Scenario assessments are submitted at the milestones defined in your Statement of Work. Feedback is returned within five business days of each submission.

05

Critique and Iteration

Each scenario assessment receives practitioner-level written critique: specific, direct, and grounded in real deployment standards. There is no generic rubric. The feedback is the programme.

06

Structured Learning and Scenario Work

On completion of all assessments, a summary evaluation is provided. For Tier 2 completions, a portfolio review session is included. For Enterprise programmes, a post-programme advisory session is scheduled.

Practitioner standards.

Not course completion metrics.
